Getting started
Change orders
- Make a change orderOpen the job, tap New change order, film the extra work and talk or add photos, and Autofill writes it up and fills in the lines.
- Send a change order for sign-offPick who signs off and tap Email or Text, then send the same link another way any time before they sign off.
- Status words and voiding a change orderA change order is draft, sent, changes asked, signed off, in Jobber or voided; delete a draft nobody saw, and void one that was sent and should not go ahead.
- Text the link from Quo or your own phoneTap Text to send the sign-off text from your own phone, or connect your company's Quo number and Changed sends it from there.
- Save photos and videos to your deviceTurn on Also save photos and videos to this device in Settings, and this phone or computer keeps its own copies as well as Changed.
- Terms and schedule on a change orderAdd your own terms to every change order in Settings, and say in the builder whether a change moves the schedule.
- Edit a change orderTap Edit to change a price or a line until someone signs off; a draft saves in place, and one you already sent goes out again as its next version.

The customer

Jobber
- Connect JobberConnect your Jobber account from Settings, Connections, so jobs, customers and products come into Changed and signed change orders go back out.
- What goes back to JobberWhen the customer signs off, Changed adds the lines, a pinned note, the Change orders field and any deposit invoice to the Jobber job.
- Products and servicesSettings, Products & services holds what a tech can drop onto a change order, from Jobber or added in Changed, and items you add can go to Jobber too.
