Plans and pricing

You pay for the change orders you send for sign-off.

The plans

• Free: $0. Your first 10 change orders, free. That is 10 in total, not 10 a month.
• Pro: $29 a month, up to 20 change orders a month.
• Crew: $99 a month, up to 100 change orders a month.

Every plan includes Jobber sync, Autofill, signed PDFs and AI assistants.

How change orders are counted

A change order counts once, when you first send it for sign-off.

• Drafts don't count.
• Resending a change order doesn't count again.
• Voiding a change order doesn't give it back.

On Pro and Crew the count starts again on the 1st of each month, on Mountain time (Edmonton). On Free it never starts again.

To see your count, open Settings and tap Plan to open it.

Currency and tax

• In Canada you pay in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• In the US you pay in US dollars (USD).
• Sales tax is added on top, based on your billing address.

Going over your plan

Nothing stops. Changed keeps sending every change order, so a job never waits on a plan. Once you've used your plan, the Jobs page and the Send for sign-off card show your count. Owners see See plans, which opens Settings. Everyone else sees a note to ask the owner.

Upgrade

Only an owner can change the plan.

1. Open Settings and tap Plan to open it.
2. Select the plan you want.
3. Pay on the secure Stripe page.
