Changed has no passwords. Go to itschanged.app and tap Sign in.

With Google

Tap Continue with Google and pick your Google account. Use the same email your company invited.

With an emailed code

1. Type your email and tap Email me a code.
2. Check your email. It has a 6-digit code and a one-time link.
3. Type the code and tap Sign in, or open the link.

The code works for 15 minutes on any device. Five wrong tries cancel it. Email can take a minute to arrive, so Send a new code waits a minute after the last one. A new code replaces the old one. Tap Use a different email to start again.

With Jobber

Continue with Jobber is how a new company starts. See Get started with Continue with Jobber. If Changed already knows your email, sign in with Google or a code instead.

Common problems

• "That code is not right." Check the latest email. Only the newest code works.
• "That link was already used or has run out." Ask for a new code.
• You land in an empty company. You probably signed in with a different email from the one you were invited with. Sign out and sign in with the invited email, or ask your office to invite this one.

You stay signed in for about three months on each device. Sign out is at the top right of every page.
