Your company name, logo and payment link

Open Settings, then Company. Only an owner or the office can change these. The name, the phone and email, the terms and the payment link are one form: fill in what you want and press Save once, at the bottom. Only what you edited is saved. The logo has its own Upload button.

Company name

Customers see this name on every change order, in every text and email, and on the PDF. A new company started from Jobber is named after the Jobber account. One started another way is called "My workspace" until you change it, and the jobs list reminds you.

Emails you send for sign-off come from "your company name via Changed", so your customer sees who they are from.

Logo

Your logo shows on the customer's page, the emails and the signed PDF. Customers see it at the top of the page where they sign off, in the sign-off email, in the email with the signed PDF and on the PDF itself, with a small "via Changed" underneath. With no logo they see the Changed mark and your company name.

Under Logo, press Choose a picture, pick your logo and check the preview, then press Upload. Changed takes PNG, JPEG and WebP pictures up to 1 MB. An SVG or PDF logo is not used; save it as a PNG first. To take it off, press Remove logo.

Jobber does not share your logo with other apps, so the one on your Jobber quotes does not come across by itself. Upload the same picture here if you want it on your change orders. The logo is optional.

How customers reach you

Phone and Email for customers are what the customer's page offers under "Questions? Contact your company": Call and Text for the phone, Email for the email. If your Jobber account has a company phone, it is filled in for you; press Save to use it. With no phone the customer sees only Email, and with no email Changed uses the owner's email.

Payment link

Paste your own Stripe, Square or Jobber payment page. It must start with https. Customers see a Pay button after they sign off on a change order that asks for a deposit. Changed never handles the money. See Deposits and the Pay button.
