Changed for Jobber

Get paid for the extra work.

Turn every “while you’re here” into a professional change order. Your customer signs off from their phone, and it lands right back on the Jobber job.

Why change orders

Extra work is income. Treat it that way.

  1. Money

    Bill every bit of it.

Stop doing small jobs for free, and stop billing extra work later and getting pushback. Autofill fills in the lines and prices from your own products and services while you are still on site. Less work than planned? It goes on as a credit.

  2. Professional

    A mini-quote, not a scribble.

Your customer gets your company name, the photos or video from the site, clean priced lines and the new total, and a button to sign off on their phone. No app, no account. A professional ask gets a faster yes.

  3. Protected

    Signed off before the work.

So there is no argument at the invoice. The customer gets a signed PDF with a sign-off certificate and a check page that says whether a copy matches. The lines and a pinned note with the PDF go onto the Jobber job.

How it works

From the job site to the Jobber job.

Here is one change order, start to finish: written and priced on site, signed off on the customer’s phone, and back on the job before the work.

Read the transcript

Every job has some extra work. The stain that bleeds through. The rot behind the tile. Agree to it on the driveway, and it turns into an argument at the invoice. Meet Changed. Change orders for contractors, signed off before the work starts.

On site, film it and talk it through, or just add a photo. Tap Autofill. It writes the reason and fills in the lines from your products and services. Send it by email or text, and your customer gets a link on their phone. They see the photos and the video, and can ask for changes. Or they sign right there, with a finger or their typed name.

Everyone gets the signed PDF. It all lands back on the Jobber job. The new lines, a pinned note with the photos, and a deposit invoice. You can even ask your AI assistant to write one. No retyping. No arguments. Start free with Jobber, at itschanged.app.

FAQ

Plain answers.

Does it work without Jobber?

Yes. Add jobs and customers by hand and the rest works the same: Autofill, the sign-off, the signed PDF. Jobber is the first connection, not a requirement.

What does my customer need?

Nothing to install and no account. They get a link, open it on their phone, read the change and sign off.

Can Changed change my quote?

No. It adds the new lines to the job, a pinned note with the signed PDF, and fills in its own Change orders field. The original quote is never touched.

Texts or email?

Both. Email goes from Changed. A text goes from your own phone, or from your company's Quo number once it's connected.

Does the AI send anything by itself?

No. Autofill only drafts. A person on your team sends it, and only the customer can sign off on it.

Who is behind Changed?

Crew Cab Studios in Edmonton, Alberta, who also make Dose for Jobber. Changed is operated by Crew Cab Ventures.
