Connect Jobber

If you started with Continue with Jobber, Jobber is already connected. If you signed up with Google or an emailed code, the first screen says Connect your Jobber.

Connect

1. Tap Connect Jobber on the first screen, or open Settings, then Connections, then Connect Jobber.
2. Sign in to Jobber and tap Allow.
3. You come back to your jobs list with a note saying how many jobs came in.

What comes in

• Jobs, with their job number, address, line items and total.
• Customers for those jobs, with their email and phone, so you can send them a change order.
• Products and services, into Settings, Products & services, marked From Jobber. You change those in Jobber; see Products and services.

New jobs follow on their own. To pull everything again now, open Settings, Connections and tap Sync now. A job Changed has not seen in Jobber for a while says "not seen in Jobber since" a date.

Changed never deletes anything in Jobber. It adds one read-only field called Change orders to your jobs, which shows how many change orders were signed off and what they added.

Disconnect

Open Settings, Connections and tap Disconnect. Nothing in Changed is deleted, and nothing in Jobber is deleted either. You can connect again any time.

If the first pull did not finish

The jobs list says "Jobber is connected, but the first pull did not finish." Tap Try Sync now. If it keeps failing, contact us.
