Terms and privacy

Changed is run by Crew Cab Ventures. Two documents cover how you use it:

• Terms of Service: the terms for every app we run, then the Changed addendum on signing off, the signed record, Jobber and Quo, AI, and plan limits.
• Privacy Policy: what Changed collects, who else handles it, and how to see, fix or delete it.

Both are linked at the bottom of the home page and the help center.

How you agree

There is no box to check. Under Continue with Jobber, Continue with Google, Email me a code, Join on an invite and Start your own company is one line: "By continuing, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy." Carrying on is agreeing. Changed records who agreed, for which company, to which version, and when.

When we change a document, a short note shows once at the top of Changed and says which one was updated, for example "We updated Changed's addendum to our Terms (October 1)." Tap Close, or carry on. Nothing stops you working.

Your customer

Your customer never agrees to Changed's terms. They agree with you to sign electronically, when they check the box above Sign off on this change. The change order is between you and them. The bottom of their page links how Changed handles their information.

Your data

You own your jobs, change orders, photos and signed records. To download them yourself, see Export your data or close your account. To correct something, or ask us to delete it, write to the address in the Privacy Policy.
